In a timely response to the government’s announcement of an additional $200 million to the e2i CTC Grant fund, Bluehive Consulting partnered with the Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) and Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) to host a business networking seminar aimed at local SMEs.
Held at the Devan Nair Institute for Employment and Employability on 26th February 2025, the seminar brought together SME owners and senior executives keen to explore transformation strategies for improving workforce productivity and process efficiency.
At the event, Bluehive Consulting shared practical insights on how businesses can adopt automation, enhance operational workflows, and leverage technology integration to stay competitive. Our team highlighted the importance of aligning transformation initiatives with available government support—especially the CTC Grant, which covers up to 70% of project costs.
Together with our partners—Automa8e, HReasily, and Cognotiv Pte Ltd—we demonstrated real-world solutions across HR automation, AI-driven accounting, and customised workforce tools. Panel discussions showcased how integrated technologies can drive measurable impact across various business functions.
“We’re excited to support SMEs on their transformation journey,” said Serene Kwok, Managing Director of Bluehive Consulting. “Many business owners know they need to change, but don’t know where to start. That’s where we come in—not only to plan and execute, but also to help secure the funding they need to do it.”
This initiative reflects Bluehive’s commitment to making innovation accessible and actionable for local enterprises. Our approach bridges strategy, implementation, and funding support—so businesses can focus on growth, not paperwork.
If you’re exploring transformation for your business—whether it’s redesigning processes, adopting digital tools, or upskilling your workforce—talk to us about how we can support your plans and help you qualify for the CTC Grant.
